Devin and I are from opposite sides of the country, so we wanted a venue that would make our family and friends from all over feel comfortable and cared for. The Hilton Christiana exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met Leah, we were blown away by her professionalism, warmth, and the incredible amenities included in the wedding package. Everything from the food, the drinks, the décor, and the guest experience was exceptional. It wasn’t just a venue; it was the complete experience we were hoping for.
The Hilton team went above and beyond to make our planning stress-free and fun. Leah was with us every step of the way from our tasting to the final timeline. She was attentive, detailed, and always one step ahead. When we forgot some of our earlier notes about our favorite appetizers, she had everything documented and ready to go. Her organization and care allowed us to truly enjoy the process and, most importantly, the day itself. From start to finish, it felt effortless and perfectly us.
We wanted a celebration that everyone would enjoy! Beautiful, full of energy, and personal. Devin, being a cinematographer, surprised me with a video that played during our ceremony and reception. It was emotional, creative, and such a perfect reflection of our love story. Our guests were captivated. We also knew we wanted live music and an outdoor space, and the Hilton provided both. Their courtyard and ballroom offered the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, and every decorative touch tied seamlessly into the space’s natural beauty.
The late-night cheesesteak and Old Bay French fry station was a huge hit and our guests were amazed when more food came out! Devin still raves about the pork chop entrée, and our wedding butler even packed cheesesteaks for us to take back to our room that night and such a thoughtful touch. Looking back, our favorite moment was the first look. Time felt like it stood still, just the two of us sharing a private moment before the whirlwind of celebration began. Our experience with the Hilton Christiana was flawless, and we couldn’t imagine our wedding day anywhere else.
