Choose two starters and two entrées. Freshly baked rolls & butter, chef’s vegetables, and a beverage station with coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and lemonade are included.

Entrées (select two)
- Duck ragout with stuffed cheese rigatoni
- Mushroom ravioli, grilled vegetables & broccolini in basil-tomato broth
- Grilled chicken with stuffed rigatoni, asparagus & roasted heirloom tomatoes in Alfredo
- Grilled chimichurri flat iron steak with fingerling potatoes
- Mediterranean chicken with feta, tomato, olives & lemon-caper orzo
- Blackened shrimp & scallops with chorizo over cheese grits

$45 per person or $67 per person with two-hour Premium Brands open bar. Bartender $125 each (1 per 75 guests).
