TO START

Caramelized orange glazed carrots, shaved aged Gouda cheese, triple crème, and smoked duck crostini with orange confit and balsamic drizzle.

FIRST COURSE

Grilled sweet smoky pork tenderloin served over dried fruit, pancetta quinoa, and mint chimichurri.
